A vardo is a Gypsy wagon made as a house on wheels. The vardo was the ancient version of today's camper trailers and motor homes, serving modern day people with, "Gypsy in their souls." Vardo's are often decorated ornately with gingerbread carvings, half-relief characters, and brightly painted trim and murals.
